Sunday School for children ages 3 – pre-teen takes place at 11 AM

During the worship hour. Children are invited to join us for the first part of worship, come forward for the Children’s Sermon, and then follow teacher Patsy Wright to their Sunday School room in the front building. The curriculum is the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)’s “Growing in Grace and Gratitude series, which walks children through the Bible in an age-appropriate fashion.

On the first Sunday of each month (Communion Sundays), children will join the entire congregation for worship in the sanctuary. For those little ones who have a hard time sitting through worship, tables with toys, books, and art supplies are located in the open room next to the Sanctuary. Children are welcome to worship through art and play at these tables by themselves or with their parents, as they feel most comfortable. Children are also welcome to bring their own toys, books, or art supplies and use them quietly in the pews if they wish.

Do you know someone who would like to join the multi-age Sunday School class?
The class is open to any child between ages 4 and 11. We begin the church service in the pews with friends and family. After a spiritual gathering with Pastor Ginna, we leave the sanctuary and go to the Sunday School room. Our Sunday School room is located right outside the sanctuary close to the back door. We do not meet on the first Sunday of each month as we would like to join in with our church family for Communion.

Utilizing a PC(USA) multi-age curriculum we explore the grace of God through the stories of the Old and New Testament. Your children will be inspired to embrace the love of God through pictures, songs, activities and more!
